Check Out Hours from 08:00 to 12:00 am.

 

Minimum nights of stay 4, maximum nights of stay 14 days.

 

The guest must provide a contact email and a mobile. Check in is done online before the stay.

 

A deposit of 150 euros is set through a transfer that must arrive in our account one day before entering the villa, also sending us the proof of the transfer. This deposit will be returned the day after check out to the same account that made it once it has been verified that there is no damage to the facilities, furniture caused by the guest or breach of the property rules during the guest's stay.

 

Reservations are not allowed for those under 26 years of age.

 

You can cancel without charge up to 72 hours before the requested check-in. If the reserved stay is not carried out and the guest does not show up, a charge of 100% of the price of the stay is made.

 

Picking fruit from the garden is not allowed. If it is season, fruit will be left available to the guest in a fruit bowl.

 

Pets are not allowed.

 

Smoking is not allowed.

 

No parties or events can be held.

 

The maximum number of guests per lodging is 5 people including minors. If it is verified that there are visits or guests not registered in the reservation, it is canceled and the deposit is lost.

 

Children under 8 years old are not allowed.

 

Clients must minimize noise from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

 

Once the reservation is accepted by Villa Arrebol Azul, the full payment of the reservation will be made, choosing between the following payment methods: Bank Transfer. Feel free to make the reservation through Booking, Airbnb, Tripadvisor or Vrbo if you prefer.
